No-Returns Policy

Effective May 2026

Every Vyra de Label piece is handcrafted in small batches by independent artisans. To honour that process — and to keep our prices fair — we operate a strict no-returns, no-refunds policy. All sales are final.

Before you order

  • Please review the product photos, measurements, and descriptions carefully.
  • If you’re unsure about size or fit, write to us at vyralabel@gmail.com before placing your order — we’re happy to help.
  • Handcrafted pieces will have minor irregularities in print, weave, or finish. These are not defects — they are signatures of how the garment was made.

The only exception: damaged or wrong items

We will replace your order (subject to stock) if:

  • The item arrived physically damaged in transit, or
  • You received a different item from what you ordered.

To claim a replacement, email vyralabel@gmail.com within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order reference number
  • Clear photos of the damage or the incorrect item (including the packaging)

Replacement is offered at our discretion and is subject to stock availability. If a replacement isn’t possible, we will issue store credit of equal value.

What is not covered

  • Change of mind, size mismatch, or colour preference after delivery
  • Items damaged from wear, washing, or improper care
  • Requests made after the 48-hour window
  • Items returned without prior written approval from us

Cancellations

Once an order is confirmed and payment is received, it cannot be cancelled. If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may consider cancellation requests at our discretion — write to us immediately.
