Where we ship
We currently ship across India only. International shipping will be available in a future update.
Shipping charges
- Free shipping on all orders of ₹2,000 and above.
- A flat fee of ₹100 applies to orders below ₹2,000.
- Shipping charges are clearly displayed at checkout before payment.
Dispatch time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2–4 business days from the date of order confirmation. Business days are Monday to Saturday, excluding public holidays.
During festive seasons or new-collection launches, dispatch may take an additional 1–2 business days.
Delivery time
After dispatch, you can expect delivery within:
- Metros (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad, Ahmedabad, Pune): 3–5 business days
- Tier 2 cities & state capitals: 5–7 business days
- Remote areas / Northeast India: 7–10 business days
Delivery timelines are indicative and depend on our courier partners’ network and local conditions.
Tracking your order
Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive an email with the tracking number and courier link. You can also write to vyralabel@gmail.com with your order reference for an update.
Undelivered packages
If a package is returned to us as undelivered (due to incorrect address, unavailability, or refusal to accept), we will reach out to you. Re-dispatch charges of ₹150 will apply. If you choose not to re-dispatch, the order amount (minus original shipping and a 5% restocking fee) will be refunded as store credit only.
Damaged or wrong items
