Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the Site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order.
Products & pricing
- All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and include applicable taxes.
- Product colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration.
- Handcrafted pieces will have minor variations in print, weave, and finish. These are not defects.
- We reserve the right to limit quantities, refuse orders, or correct pricing errors at any time.
Orders & payment
- An order is confirmed only when payment is successfully received and you see a confirmation screen with an order reference.
- Payments are processed by Cashfree Payments. We do not store your card or UPI details.
- If a payment fails or is reversed, the corresponding order will be cancelled.

No returns or refunds
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds for change of mind, size mismatch, or any reason other than items damaged in transit or wrongly shipped. Please read our No-Returns Policy in full before placing an order.
Intellectual property
All content on the Site — including text, product photography, illustrations, the Vyra de Label name and logo — is owned by us or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.
User conduct
You agree not to use the Site to:
- Place fraudulent orders or use stolen payment methods
- Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
- Disrupt or interfere with the Site’s operation
- Violate any applicable law
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products is limited to the amount you paid for the item in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Governing law & jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Navi Mumbai, Maharashtra.
